The Enviro-Tilt^TM insulation concept is developed and patented by Dan Chouinard and Ron Barron.

        Dan Chouinard, owner and operator of Earth Friendly Building Materials, LLC (EFBM), has been in the construction industry since 1969.  Dan started construction with CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit), switched to wood-frame construction, and then in 1994 started looking at alternative building materials due to the quantity and quality of wood products available.  Dan has complete knowledge of construction through general contracting in both residential and commercial fields.  Since 1994, Dan has been instrumental in introducing Arizona, New Mexico, and California to revolutionary building materials such as RASTRA^TM, PerformWall^TM, APEX Block^TM, and EF Block^TM.  These innovative products have revolutionized the construction industry by providing flexibility in design while maximizing strength, durability, and insulative values.  Dan actively seeks out best-practices and innovative ideas for improving construction techniques that maximize efficiency while expanding customer design opportunities.  Enviro-Tilt^TM is an insulation technique designed to reduce tilt-up construction time and costs while maximizing the durability and thermal performance of the insulated tilt-up construction projects.
